PATIENT PAYMENT POLICY
*Cancellation Fee:Â Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours or more before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total infusion fee.
*No-Show Policy:Â Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge of the infusion fee.
Because we schedule a series of infusions at specific intervals, late cancellations are problematic and lead to gaps in our roster, which could have been offered to other patients. Consequently, we require a deposit to secure your appointments.

Online & In person consults – R800 (incl. VAT)
• Payment must be completed before the appointment.

 Standard series of 6-infusions over 2-3 weeks for Major Depressive Disorder & other mood disorders
- R2,595.00 (incl. VAT) per infusion.
- A 50% deposit of R7,785 will secure the 6 infusions.
- The booking will be protected for 2-working days. Thereafter, if no deposit is received, it will be offered to another patient.
- The balance of R7,785 must be settled after 3 infusions.
- Settlement in full up front for 6 infusions will attract a 10% discount – save R1,557.00.
Single maintenance infusions and other infusion sequences (fewer than 6)
- R2,595.00 (incl. VAT) per infusion.
- Payment in full is required to secure the booking.
- The booking will be protected for 2-working days. Thereafter, if no deposit is received, it will be offered to another patient.
Standard series of five four-hour infusions on consecutive days for chronic pain conditions
- R4,050.00 (incl. VAT) per four-hour infusion x 5 = R20,250.00 (incl. VAT).
- A 50% deposit of R10,125.00 will secure the 5-infusions.
- The booking will be protected for 2-working days. Thereafter, if no deposit is received, it will be offered to another patient.
- The balance of R10,125.00 must be settled before the first infusion.
